Woodacre offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a cottage joined to the main house. On the ground floor we have a Double Ensuite Room with private entrance and parking and a Family Room that opens onto the garden. On the first floor there are 2 Twin Bedded Rooms (an extra bed can be put into one of these rooms to make a triple). The Twin Rooms and Family Rooms share 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, and there are wash basins in the Twin Rooms.

A Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast is included in the price and is served in our Conservatory or Dining Room both overlooking the garden. Other diets can be catered for.

We are conveniently located for Arundel, Chichester, Portsmouth or Brighton. The South Downs and Seaside are within 15 minutes drive.

Being only a few minutes from the A27 we are extremely easy to find, and there is plenty of private parking.

The Double Ensuite Room is £80.00 per night, Family Room £1000.00 per night and Twin Rooms are £60.00 for each room per night. Credit cards are accepted. We offer a 10% discount for a stay of 6 nights or more. A minimum booking of 2 nights is required at the weekends. A slight reduction is offered for single occupancy. Children and pets are welcome.
