Conveniently located for the town centre 15 minutes walk from The Langtons. Eastbourne's prestigious pier is a short walk along the promenade. The Langtons is ideally situated next to the Redoubt Fortress which hosts the 1812 Fireworks twice a week and the display can be viewed from the sea view rooms or the front conservatory.
