This accommodation consists of a compact double bedded studio, en-suite shower room, beamed lounge area with colour television/DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. There are lovely views over the moat to the fields beyond. The studio is entirely self-contained with its own entrance and garden and is detached from the farmhouse.

The kitchen area is equipped with a full size oven, 4 ring hob, electric kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave. All heating, electricity, linen and towels are included. Clothes washing service is available.

The studio has a west facing private garden leading down to the moat with a garden table and chairs provided, a barbeque is available.

There are ducks on and fish (carp and rudd) in the moat at the bottom of the garden. Numerous birds visit the garden because of the water.

There is off road car parking for cars outside the cottage.

The studio is strictly No Smoking and also no pets (too much wildlife)
