The Oriental is a uniquely stylish, friendly and relaxed hotel in a Regency Listed Townhouse, a short walk from the town centre and seconds from the beach. Ideally located for shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, we are also just a few minutes from the Brighton Conference Centre.

Our recently refurbished rooms are painted in warm and soothing colours and feature fresh flowers, contemporary solid oak beds with fabulous space-age mattresses, and crisp white bedlinen. Double rooms are all en-suite with shower, our larger rooms have beautiful new walk-in showers big enough to share. Each room has an aromatherapy lamp with essential oils, and Temple Spa provides the gorgeous body products. All rooms have TVs with DVD/CD players so bring your own, or borrow one of ours!

Our much-praised organic breakfasts are served in the Oriental lounge or, alternatively, you can enjoy French croissants and fair-trade coffee in bed with the papers. If you’ve had a hard day, we can arrange for a massage or acupuncture in your room to help you unwind. These are performed by qualified practitioners, and tried and tested by the staff!

We have a fully licensed bar that stays open late on Friday and Saturday night, and by arrangement for private functions. Feel free to have a coffee or a cocktail and enjoy the exciting work by local artists on show throughout the hotel. If you are in Brighton on business, you can access the internet and pick up e-mails using our high speed wireless network.
