We are a family run B&B situated in a lovely sussex village away from any main roads but within easy reach of all the local sites.

Ideal for touring or just for a relaxing break. If you are lucky to find us then along with a great number of our guests who stay you will come back whenever you are in our part of the country Check our web site for further information.

4 non smoking bedrooms are set side for guests 1 standard twin 1 standard double both with wash basins and close to a bathroom and seperate shower room. There are 2 further shower en suite rooms. All rooms have hot drink facilities with a varied choice of teas as well as hot chocolate
breakfast is served in the dining room .once you have selected you choice from the menu including vegetarian it is cooked to order.

Fresh coffee and toast is self serve so you decide when you want it
