The main bedroom has a wrought iron king size bed, a wall of mirrored wardrobes and storage, chest of drawers and t.video The house is fully equipped with towels, tea towels, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, ovenware, iron/ironing board. The decor is neutral and the furnishings reflect clean contemporary lines.
SMOKING - strictly non-smoking even on patio area
There is a damage/breakage deposit of £250 which is refunded 7 days after departure provided there is no damage or breakages. Children are welcome but we would ask you to kindly ensure that crayons/paints/felt tip pens/pencils/biro etc are used only on the dining room table and not in any of the other rooms in the house.

Any damage caused by use of crayons/paints/felt tip pens/pencils/biros will be deducted from your damage/breakage deposit. May we also recommend that you have cancellation insuranc
